We have started work plan meetings for 2022.
We requested second step dates from the company.
We are still waiting to get back the discipline removals we requested.
There have been a lot of questions about short resting and what rate you come back at. If you work 16 hours, you come back at 2X; if you work less than 16 hours, you come back at 1.5X.
