The union met in Syracuse for the equipment operators Article XXIII. We are close to sending the company a draft for job specifications.

The union also met last month on the substation Article XXIII. They presented the company with a draft. The company plans to have a response proposal for the union soon.

The union sent a letter to the company to kick off the line Article XXIII. We are waiting for the company to respond.

Martin Luther King Day was January 17th.

One of the reasons why Martin Luther King is so important is because he advanced civil rights through nonviolent civil disobedience inspired by his Christian beliefs.

“There comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular but he must take it because conscience tells him it is right.”

We will be looking for replacements for West ABM and a Representative.
