Some lawmakers in Albany think that keeping nuclear power in the New York State Clean Energy Standard (CES) is just a bailout for upstate jobs and are trying to mislead voters about the plan. The Utility Labor Council along with Exelon is launching a campaign to target these legislators and inform their constituents about the truth. We are asking that every member to please click here to send a letter to your New York State Legislator to let them know that you support keeping nuclear in the CES.
