Exelon Nine-Mile point tentative agreement was reached - information was mailed to membership and ratification voting will be completed on October 20, 2020, and their current contract ends the end of the month.
Refuel outage @ Fitzpatrick was very successful. This outage was completed in a record time of 21 days, there was no human performance events or personal injuries.
We are still hearing 2nd & 3rd step grievances.
Recently we heard an arbitration and are awaiting a final ruling.
There is an agreement with the company that we can utilize the carry over vacation of up to 40 hours for the entire year of 2021 instead of the normal cutoff date of April 30th. Please use your vacation by 12/31/20 as if you do not use you will not be paid out for it.
All union meetings for the Month of October have been canceled.
