We have an agreement with Entergy that calls for a 4-year term with a 2.25% GWI each year. It also included changes to the New Year's Holiday, sick time retirement payout, turnover pay, boot allowance and shift differential.
The Company has announced they will be deciding the re-fuel issue by the end of the month and have yet to give a response as to what is needed in order to keep the plant open.
