We’ve had a busy month.
As a lot of you know we’ve had some recent struggles with National Grid’s contractor practices with regard to storms. We are working with the stewards and staff to get as much work in house as possible and protect our members' overtime opportunities. We continue to work on the discipline review and hope to have that closed up by next month. We have completed the annual project review meetings for most of the groups and will finish the rest soon.
We are continuing our efforts with the Article XXIII’s, and we will get updates to that process as it progresses. As we move into the spring season and warmer weather and the restrictions ease on the Covid front, please remember to continue to employ good practices, caution and use your good judgment to ensure you and your families stay healthy. As always if you have any questions or concerns please reach out to your steward or the hall.
