Last month, open enrollment confirmation statements for Local 97 members were NOT mailed out by National Grid’s vendor. These statements provide confirmation for all elected benefits for the upcoming year. If there are errors, the member can then use the correction window to adjust their selections for the upcoming year.
To rectify this error, National Grid is mailing out confirmation statements now, and the correction window will be extended to December 5th. If you have any questions, please contact Employee Services at 1-888-483-2123.
