National Grid's Open Enrollment runs October 9th- October 20th with a correction period from November 8th- November 14th. We've received several questions on Vacation Purchase. Members with less than 4 weeks of Vacation are able to purchase up to 5 additional vacation days.
For 2024, you are able to carryover vacation from 2023 as normal. However, the Union and Company are encountering issues with IRS regulations impacting carryover to 2025 and beyond for those purchasing vacation. We are continuing to push for a resolution to these issues and will keep you updated as more information becomes available.
