For the Safety of our members, all Regular Meetings along with Subdivision Meetings for the month September have been cancelled.
Also as a reminder - due to the ongoing limitations on numbers for meeting gatherings, we will be cancelling our Union Solidarity Picnics for this year. We plan on continuing with the picnics hopefully next year!
Remember with flu season approaching and school starting back up and going back to being closer together with the weather change, it is important to remember that we must continue to wear our masks, practice social distancing when it is possible, and wash your hands. Our members have done an excellent job at dealing with this crisis.
Please continue to check our website for alerts around reopening and FAQ's that will help with the re-opening process. Local 97 is continuing to work with the companies to ensure that safety procedures are followed and that our members and workers are kept safe as New York reopens.
