NGrid Company 401(k) Match Increase

NGrid Change to the 401(k) Company Match:

401(k) Plan Benefits:  Article XX, Section 9, will be modified as appropriate to reflect that the Company match of eligible employee contributions will be calculated at 50% of up to the first 7% (previously was 6%) of eligible employee contributions effective December 31, 2017.
