Cable Splicers are scheduled to on site to Utica but the scab civil contractor is holding up the job.

Line West - the safety SAC safety committee will be continuing safety site visits. Jim Blidy will be collecting the safety observations that are being found and corrected in the field. Jim will report findings at the monthly SAC meeting. This will keep all reporting anonymous.

Line West - I stopped in Niagara Falls today to visit the first A line school we have had in the division in a long time. It is nice to have schools back at home. I would like to thank Sean Ryan for stepping up to assist Chuck Riser with the school.

Street light - we sent the company a revised draft proposal for wood pole work.
