Appendix D of the Collective Bargaining Agreement states that disciplinary documentation that has been in an employee's personnel file for more than one year will be reviewed annually, and by mutual agreement between Local 97 and the Company, may be removed. We have requested many removals of such documents from employees' files. So far, 16 files have been removed and we are pursuing many more. Members will be notified when the discipline documents are removed from their files.
