Business Managers Report

We are having issues with the Verizon strike. We are asking you not to cross active picket lines. If you have any concerns, please call the hall to get direction. They have been very appreciative of our support.

PSEG:

We have reached a contract extension on that property. We will be having an explanation and vote on May 19th.

ENTERGY:

We got an Effects Bargaining Agreement for the Craft for the first retention for the Fitzpatrick plant closing. We still need to do an Agreement for Security and then also a second retention agreement.

BROOKFIELD:

We are getting close to wrapping up the Bear Swamp negotiations. This is the Brookfield property that we organized. We hope to have it wrapped up by June.

NGRID:

We will be preparing for the Local 97c contract which will be expiring in September.

For NERC/CIP sign off we have an e-mail from Wanda Grace that the company will not do a credit check for Local 97 even though it says so on the form. If you have already signed it, you are covered. But as a precaution when signing it write on there you are not authorizing a credit check.
