CVS Caremark Notice: The stated benefit plan co-pay overview is both misleading and incorrect. Under Retail Pharmacy it should state 20% up to either $5 or $15 maximum whichever applies.
Secondly, under Mail Order Service it should state $15 instead of $10. Our concern is that CVS has it wrong at the Retail level and could charge a full 20% without limits.
